So I’m working today, and one of my coworkers brings me a piece of mail. As I open it up, I realize that it’s from Microsoft and that it has two CDs inside.
The CDs turn out to be full versions of Microsoft Office and Onenote 2003. Fully licensed for one PC.
I installed it on my home PC since work has its own deployment method for Office XP.
I gotta tell ya, I was surprised to see it, I totally didn’t expect it. It’s the real deal too, activated and everything, and all legal.
I guess a couple of people at work also got it, mostly because of the type of work we are in, I guess Microsoft figures we’ve sunk so much cash into their product, that they can fire us a copy or two of their new software.
I say, Sweet!
